Our experience ranges from managing hundred-million-dollar financial portfolios, leading mountaineering expeditions, and managing 100+ person teams successfully. Further, our collective experience in crisis management is extensive.

Coaching
Our executive coaching engagements are typically structured over 6 months where we meet approximately every 3 weeks with the goal of having 10 one-on-one sessions. All meetings between the coach and the coachee are confidential.
We work with the coachee to establish personal and professional goals. Our coaches have assisted every level of leadership and approach the role as operators themselves.
Let’s Brainstorm has a wide range of BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and Veteran coaches available to assist addressing the specific challenges of leaders from those backgrounds.

Teambuilding
In-person, virtual and off-site/retreat teambuildings are our specialty. Our consultants have over 50 combined years of teambuilding and experiential education experience. We have facilitated teambuilding experiences in offices, along hiking trails, at off-site retreat locations, indoor and outdoor climbing sites as well as on challenge courses.
Teambuilding activities are a solid way to establish psychological safety of new team members, deepen trust, and highlight opportunities for improvement. Experiential learnings outside of the normal work environment are great ways to practice the Kolb Action Learning Cycle, as well as giving and receiving feedback.
We incorporate research-based models into our activities, that way participants leave with research-based learning as well as a memorable experience. If you have teams that operate in a remote or hybrid format, we have a wide array of virtual offerings to bring teams together via Zoom teambuilding formats.
Teambuilding can be a great way to “sharpen the saw” for intact teams as well as shed light on operational and strategic areas of improvement. We often combine ½ day, full-day and multi-day teambuilding experiences with the implementation of strategic plans.

People Leader / Management Trainings
A Financial Times article highlighted research that stated the emotional and professional challenges of going from an individual contributor on a team to a manager of individual contributors can be the emotional equivalent of going through a divorce!
Very few organizations have formal trainings that show individual contributors how to lead develop and coach individual contributors towards the accomplishment of the mission and vision of an organization. We’ve curated formal people leader trainings that incorporate how to give and receive feedback, conflict management, planning strategically, providing corrective action and “seeing around corners”.
We work with senior leadership to create a management training along with a pre and post assessment to determine which areas of improvement should be targeted.

Assessments
Our consultants are experts in emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, crucial conversations, workplace styles and profiles. We leverage assessments in DiSC, EQ-i 2.0 and Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instruments and Myers Briggs, and Strengths Finder, just to name a few. We often combine assessments with executive coaching and teambuilding to round out the learning experience.
