Our Experience
Our consultants have held leadership positions across the private sector, nonprofits, and higher education. We’ve been corporate executives, entrepreneurs, and investors. Our experience ranges from managing hundred-million-dollar financial portfolios and 100+ person teams to leading mountaineering expeditions and navigating organizational crises.
We bring that operator’s perspective into every engagement. Whether we’re coaching a new VP or facilitating an offsite for a senior leadership team, our approach is grounded in real experience, not just theory.

Executive Coaching
Our coaching engagements are typically structured over six months, with sessions approximately every three weeks for a total of ten one-on-one meetings. All sessions are confidential.
We work with each leader to establish personal and professional goals, and our coaches approach the role as operators themselves. Let’s Brainstorm has a wide range of BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and veteran coaches available to address the specific challenges leaders from those backgrounds face.

Team Building
In-person, virtual, and offsite team building is one of our specialties. Our consultants have over 50 combined years of experience in team building and experiential education, facilitating experiences everywhere from offices and hiking trails to climbing sites and challenge courses.
We incorporate research-based models like the Kolb Experiential Learning Cycle into our activities so participants leave with both memorable experiences and practical frameworks. We offer half-day, full-day, and multi-day formats, and a full range of virtual options for remote and hybrid teams.

Management Training
The transition from individual contributor to people manager is one of the most challenging moves in any career. Yet few organizations offer formal training for it.
We work with senior leadership to build custom management training programs with pre- and post-assessments to target specific areas of growth. Our programs cover giving and receiving feedback, conflict management, strategic planning, corrective action, and developing the instincts to anticipate challenges before they arrive.

Assessments
Our consultants are certified in a range of professional assessment tools including DiSC, EQ-i 2.0, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument, Myers-Briggs, and StrengthsFinder. We often combine assessments with executive coaching and team building to create a more complete development experience.
